BBEDC-HOST2 Pending Decommission
BBEDC-HOST2 is a legacy physical server from the prior IT environment. It remains powered on and connected to the network but is no longer under active management. Vicinity is coordinating full decommissioning — see Recommended Initiatives in the SBR.
BBEDC-VS3's hardware warranty expired in December 2025 and its OS, Windows Server 2016, is approaching Microsoft's end of extended support. Vicinity is tracking this for a future hardware refresh conversation.

BBEDC-NPS1 replaced a retired legacy NPS server this year. Its backup agent is currently showing a paused status in Datto and is not completing backups. Vicinity has flagged resuming this as a high-priority item — see Recommended Initiatives.
BBEDC-OM1 is a holdover virtual server from BBEDC's prior IT provider, still running that provider's Avast Business and Barracuda tooling. It's under review for retirement now that SentinelOne is deployed as the standard endpoint protection platform.

The Datto appliance is actively protecting bbedc-dc, BBEDC-DC2, bbedc-file01, BBEDC-AF1, and BBEDC-OM1, with local backup capacity at 19% utilized and 2.24 TB replicated offsite. BBEDC-NPS1 is the one virtual server whose backup agent is currently paused. The legacy Barracuda appliance remains connected to the network; Vicinity is confirming whether it is still in active use before scheduling its removal.
